Didn't like anything, except nice staff

A clean room with a view

The room was modern and clean, with a lovely city view that brightened my mornings. The staff provided excellent hospitality, ensuring I felt welcome.

The parking situation was incredibly frustrating. I wasn't expecting to pay an additional fee for parking, and the garage was so narrow that it felt like a tight squeeze just to enter. On top of that, I could hear all the street noise from outside, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

Clean rooms featured modern furnishings that added a nice touch to our experience. The front desk staff provided excellent service, particularly a lovely lady who was genuinely helpful and friendly. Dining in the hotel was a highlight, as the restaurant offered delicious meals with attentive staff. However, the noise from the street was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower temperature could only reach lukewarm, which was disappointing.

Parking charges were surprising when driving in!!! Access to the parking garage is tight, especially for larger vehicles!!! The bathroom layout lacks adequate counter space for personal care routines!!!

Request a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise, especially if you're sensitive to sound during the night.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a friendly 24-hour reception. I appreciated how the staff helped me with a phone charger during my first stay. I’ll definitely return next year!
